Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For a return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It should be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or if it is lost during shipping.
