What is your return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For a return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It should be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or if it is lost during shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Orders can only be canceled on the same day of purchase before our daily cut-off time, which is Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After the cut-off time, or if the order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
